London is a powerhouse for high level hockey. In the OHL we have the Knights with 11 Division trophies; six Western Conference titles; four Ontario Hockey League Championships, and two Memorial Cups. London has multiple top tier AAA clubs with the Elgin Middlesex Chiefs and the Jr. Knights who are almost always battling for a top spot in the Alliance. Combine Fitness

Since 2011 Combine has been an elite training facility that focuses on Group Training, Personal Training, Team Training, and Sport Specific Training and conditioning for athletes looking to get to the next level. Combine has arguably one of the best and largest fitness facilities in London with over 8000 sq/feet, featuring state of the art equipment and turf to give players the best training advantages for their athletic goals. The game is getting faster and Combine has a big advantage with a 40M long track, bungees, weighted sleds, and parachutes to work on explosive speed and acceleration. Other equipment includes powerlifting racks, rowers, skiers, Assault bikes, treadmills, dumbbells up to 100lbs, Kettlebell racks up to 75lbs, tires, cables, and all the Olympic bars and bumper plates you could dream of. Total Package Hockey (TPH) 

Founded in 2001 Total Package Hockey (TPH) is a professional hockey development group that works with hockey players of all ages, skill level and ability. From first time skaters to NHL players, TPH offers programs that suit all player’s needs. Run by Dwayne Blaise the Washington Capitals Skill Development coach, TPH trains multiple players in the NHL from Bo Horvat, Travis Konecny, and Boone Jenner, to Nick Suzuki, and Kurtis Gabriel to name just a few. TPH has established itself as an elite outfit with professional staff, innovative curriculum, and modernized teaching techniques. After acquiring the TPH training Centre in 2010, TPH expanded from simply on-ice to now being able to offer Skating Treadmill sessions, Shooting and Stick Handling sessions, Off-ice Training Programs, Team Training Programs and Speed and Agility Programs all under one roof. Located in the Western Fair Sports Complex, this gives you the ability to train off ice, then jump straight on to the ice. TPH is also the official hockey development centre of the London Knights.

The Snipe Academy

Snipe Academy was developed to enhance hockey in the London community. It’s an indoor hockey training facility with synthetic ice that allows you to be on your skates year round without the hassle of renting ice. They have multiple classes daily intended for specific age groups and skill levels. Whether you want to work on shooting, puck handling, or even personal 1 on 1 skill development, Snipe offers it all to help you enhance your game. They take pride in their smaller class sizes with quality instructors who have OHL and pro level experience to give you an excellent blend of developing small area hockey skills. Players who participate in their well-structured programs will find more success in the little things within the game of hockey.
